Eldad Eilam

President & CEO

Eldad sets our overall direction and product strategy and also leads the design and implementation of hopTo products. Previously, he was CTO of Else Ltd., where he led the design and development of the revolutionary Else mobile phone platform. A 15+ year software industry veteran, he is the author of the book "Reversing: Secrets of Reverse Engineering". As if being a CEO isn't enough fun, his evenings are filled with the joys of being a new parent.



Christoph Berlin

COO & VP of Product Management

Christoph manages the operational functions at hopTo, including product management, marketing and developing strategic alliances. Prior to his arrival at hopTo, Christoph was a key member of Citrix Systems’ XenClient partner/product management team, where he was responsible for evangelizing and driving client virtualization with key strategic partners. A rare person who actually likes to commute, he finds any reason to cruise around in his vintage Cadillac.



Bob Dixon

CFO

With more than 30 years of finance experience, this East Coast native was lured to California to be the Controller at our parent company, GraphOn Corporation, in early 2000. For the last nine years, he has served as an executive officer on the boards of a private Montessori School and a public Charter High School. He has been moonlighting as an amateur musician for 35 years, playing in a variety of bands and as a session musician.



Carrie Smith

Marketing Director

Carrie is responsible for leading brand strategy, product marketing and product relations at hopTo. Before joining our team, she led global marketing teams from conceptualization to production. She picked up her MBA from the University of San Francisco and is passionate about technology and all things marketing. To balance out all of that hard work, Carrie can be found competing in triathlons, working out her right brain with Muay Thai, buying shoes or training for her next AIDS Lifecycle ride.



John Dilworth

VP, Sales

John has served as VP of Sales for the Graphon Corporation, and now hopTo since June 2002. Prior to joining our team, he was Director of Sales for Metricom Inc., where he managed the sales organization for their Ricochet subscribers. John also served as Sales Manager at Interwoven, Meridian Data, and SCO (Santa Cruz Operations). Never far from the ocean, this California native kicks back at his home in the vacation destination beach town of Santa Cruz.



CK Hsu

Head of Engineering

CK manages the design and architecture of hopTo. He brings over 18 years of experience in creating applications for both consumers and enterprise class businesses to hopTo. In his previous work-life, CK was a senior software engineer at Box and a software architect at DYMO. A super-smart guy, he picked up a BS degree in Computer Science with a minor in Math. After a long day of engineering, CK loves to read “Goodnight Moon” to put his children to sleep. It works on him as well.
